Inquiries and calculations

When you send an inquiry by email or through the website form, we process the details you provide, including contact information, job details and any attachment. We use them to handle the inquiry, prepare an offer and fulfil a possible order.

The form delivers the inquiry to the responsible team member and may send a confirmation to your address. Resend is used for technical email delivery. To limit automated spam, a one-way technical connection identifier and attempt time may be stored for no more than 24 hours; the inquiry content is not stored in this protection layer.

The online calculator opens your email application with a prepared message. Inquiry data is retained only as long as needed for communication and applicable legal duties.

Cookies, local storage and external content

We use browser local storage for essential functions. Google Analytics 4 and optional third-party content are loaded only after your consent. We do not use marketing cookies.

Google Analytics helps us understand traffic sources and the use of pages and features. We do not send names, telephone numbers or calculation content to analytics. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time.

The map can be opened separately on Google Maps without granting consent. If analytics or the embedded map is enabled, Google may process technical data under its privacy policy. Google Privacy Policy ↗

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability or object to processing. You may change or withdraw consent at any time.
